Deep breathing. Meditation. Thankfulness. Love.It's not all about me. It's all about the world and what I can do for it while I'm in it.
If I don't remind myself each day, it shows.
Petty thoughts lead to nowhere. Sadness is a black hole.
Anger is draining.
Regret is its own mistake.
All that matters is what I can do for the world while I'm here and what's left after I'm gone.
